What if my dog has food allergies?

When building your dog's profile, you’ll be given an option to tell us more about your dog’s dietary limitations.  We then only send you treats that suit. And you can change this any time during your subscription if your dog’s needs change or if there are certain treats you prefer not to receive.

 

What is the difference between plans?

By subscribing to any of our plans, you’ll receive a new box of dog toys and treats delivered each month, similar to a magazine subscription.

The different types of subscriptions refer to the duration of your plan. If you sign up to a 3-month subscription it means you’ll receive 3 boxes (one per month for three months), A 6-month subscription works the same way, but with 6 boxes instead of 3. This plan is offered at a discount over the 3 month plan, The best deal is a 12 month subscription, your dog will receive 12 boxes, one a month for a year. You can alternatively choose a one time purchase box. It's worth noting that all plans include free delivery versus a one-off order. 

 

How can I sign into my account?

If you have created an account you can login by going to the top of the menu bar on the far right. There is an a icon that looks like a person. Click on it and it will take you to your account, where you can sign in. 

 

When will my box ship?

Your first box will ship within 3 business days from when you place your initial order.

After that, you will move to monthly shipments, which are always shipped on or before the 15th day of each month.

 

How much is Shipping?

Shipping is free on all subscriptions.  There is a $5.00 charge for shipping on one time box purchases, unless you are a current subscriber and are sending it as a gift.

 

Can I change my address or skip a month?

Yes, you can!  No matter what type of plan you’re on, we can always customize your service.  Common options we offer include:

  1.  Address changes for if you move
  2. Skipping a month or two (great for if you’re on holidays or moving)

 

What payment options do you accept?

You can pay using credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).  We do accept e-transfer payments via special arrangement - please contact topdog@fetchmybox.ca for assistance.

 

When will my payment be processed?

Your first payment will be processed when you sign up.   This lets us send your first box out to you straight away.  After that, for subscription orders, you will be billed around the 8th of the month. You will receive an email  receipt from us notifying you of your processed payment.

 

What if I am not happy with my box?

We put every effort into making a product and service we hope you and your dog will love.

If you’re not happy with an item in your box, our team would like to hear from you and help find a suitable replacement and also to see how we can customize your subscription to make sure future boxes are a great fit for your dog.

If you still don’t think our service is right for you, you have access to a 2-week cooling off period from the time you receive your first box.  This means that if after receiving your first box you just don’t think the service is right for you, you have two weeks (10 business days) to end your subscription early.  Keep the box we sent you and we will discontinue your subscription.  To end your subscription early we will charge you the difference of what you already paid vs. the price of a 1-month subscription plus the $6.00 shipping fee.
